List of Immigration Advocacy Groups

As an immigrant, immigration lawyer, and mom of two young children, I wrote Our American Dream to help explain the importance of a diverse and welcoming America.

While a portion of the proceeds from Our American Dream are going to the American Immigration Council and to FWD.us I Stand With Immigrants Initiative, there are so many amazing advocacy groups working in the immigration space. I’ve linked some of them below. Please get in touch directly to see what they need most. Some needs include: volunteers, both attorney and non-attorney; translators; financial donations; donations of goods e.g. for newly arrived refugee/asylees; assistance with congressional advocacy; assistance with candidates who are running for office; promoting their message on social media; donating airline miles and much more!

I’m so humbled to stand beside fierce advocates including the Dreamers such as Belén Sisa, The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, KIND, United We Dream, Undocumented Students for Education Equity at ASU, ACLU, AILA, IJC, ICIRR, IRAP, NIJC, NILC, RAICES, Al Otro Lado, BAJI, CAIR-Chicago, AAJC, Immigration Equality, Equality Illinois, Irish Community Services, Irish Stand, Families Belong Together, Puente Human Rights Movement, Cosecha, Define American, Together Rising, Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Interfaith Community for Detained Immigrants, Vote Mama, Lawyers for Good Government, and Lawyer Moms of America.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh!
